ANTIOXIDANT


EATING ANTIOXIDANT IS NOT ENOUGH.. But at least consuming fruits and suplement that has antioxidant can reduce the production of free radical that can damage our cells.Antioxidant is an insurance against some of the more visible effects of aging and can reduced cardiovascular related disease.Diet that has antioxidant are Vitamic E,Vitamin C,Beta Carotene and Selenium.


Here are my fave fruit and vegie that contains antioxidant; Eating them from the resource is drug-free :)


pomegranate

tomato


parsley

strawberry

red/purple cabbage

So start eating your antioxidant :) Please check with your doctor about the dosage that u should take.
